Brief
Create a brand toolkit for world-famous fashion designer Guo Pei's newest show.
While working on this project we had access to an exhibit of the designers work that allowed me to get up close and pull elements I wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. In my logo I wanted to reflect the complex nature of her work in a sleek and easily understandable form. Much of the work I created for this recontexualized details directly from her work,
Much of the work I created for this recontexualized details directly from her work, such as the lotus flower in my logo which was pulled from her blue and porcelain dress. This branding kit included a logo, poster, invitation and some candy bars all utilizing a variety of elements form the garment collection.
